Columbus Coffee Festival 2025

Join us for the 10th annual Columbus Coffee Festival at the Franklin County Fairgrounds!

This festival features 40+ Coffee roasters, vendors and tea vendors from all over Ohio and the surrounding states! All attendees will receive a commemorative mug that they can use to sample from the coffee and tea vendors on-site. 

Attendees will also be able to shop from a variety of local businesses including craft vendors, bakers, food trucks and more! Enjoy listening to local musicians and poets while sipping on your coffee. Maybe even pet a goat from Harrison Farm or show your love for coffee in a permanent way by getting a tattoo from Tattoo 62. 

Prologue Bookshop is the sponsor of this year's Author Village where you can shop for something new to read and meet some coffee related authors.

Choose from a variety of ticket options to attend the event. Tickets range from all day passes to two day passes to single times through out each day.

Is there a plan in case of inclement weather?

Columbus Coffee Festival is held mostly outdoors and occurs rain or shine. If there is inclement weather, some activities may be moved or cancelled.

Where is parking?

Parking is free in the lot across from the main gate. Follow the signs to the parking lot. 

What is the address of the festival and directions on how to get to the parking lot?

Parking is free and the address for Franklin County Fairgrounds is 4951 Northwest Pkwy. Please use the following directions if driving from 270. 

• Take the Cemetery Rd. exit 13B.
• Make a right on Leap Rd. 
• Take a left on Northwest Pkwy.
• Follow Northwest Pkwy until directed by parking lot staff. 

How big are are the sample sizes?

Sample sizes of coffee range from 3 - 4 ounces each. 

Are there ATMs or is there a place to get cash?

There are a few ATMs on site. Exhibitors accept cash, credit or debit cards for purchase of coffee merchandise, food and retail items. 

What is the smoking and vaping policy?

Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes is not permitted anywhere on the grounds of the Franklin County Fairgrounds.

Can I bring my dog?

Pets are not allowed on the grounds of the Franklin County Fairgrounds. 

Can I attend at a different time than my ticket?

Tickets to the Columbus Coffee Festival are good only for designated session times. 

I'm coming from out of town and need a place to stay. Any recommendations?
