Looking for a new place to call home? Want to see what living in the city could be like? The Urban Living Tour is our annual self-guided open house event where you tour a variety of apartments, condos and homes located in Downtown Columbus and the surrounding neighborhoods. You'll see an assortment of new builds, remodels, apartment communities and all the amenities that go with city living! This year's tour takes place Sunday, April 27, 2025 from 9-5pm.

NOTE: Check-in and Day of tickets are only on sale at Jaeger Square, 850 Jaeger St, Columbus, Ohio, 43206 between 9am and 3pm on Sunday, April 27th. 

Residential stops on the tour this year include: Brewers Yard, Jaeger Square, Gravity, Green|House, Langham, New City Homes, Preston Centre, The Blakely, The Madison, The Nicholas, The Pembroke, The Station, River & Rich, Southern Station, Topiary Park Crossing and Xander on State. 

Also included is a rare insider look at The Exchange Lofts by exploring a loft recently renovated by Daniel Russo Home and see what they can do for your home. 

Tickets to the tour are $10 in advance and day of (cash or credit).

Where do I check-in for the tour and pick up my tour booklet/materials?

Check-in this year is at Jaeger Square, 850 Jaeger St, Columbus, Ohio, 43206. 

Do I need to be at the check-in location at 9am?

No, you do not. We will begin checking people in at 9am and continue to do so until 3pm. All stops will be open until 5pm. The Day-of ticket check-in location is at Jaeger Square, 850 Jaeger St, Columbus, Ohio, 43206. 

What about the weather?

Urban Living Tour is rain or shine. 

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The Urban Living Tour is self-guided and the tour can be completed in any order, however we will provide recommended tour routes for 2025. Guests can bike, drive, scoot or take the bus to any of the tour stops. Parking meters are free on Sundays. 

Are IDS or a minimum age required to enter the event?

No, all ages are welcome on the tour. Children under the age of 15 can attend without a ticket. Some stops on the tour include construction sites which may not be suitable for children. 

What is the refund policy?

Guests will be refunded in full up to one week before the event starts. After that, no refunds will be given. Tickets can be traded, transferred or sold personally. However, if you are feeling sick the day of the tour, please email [email protected] and we will assist you. Do not attend if you are feeling sick. 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, digital tickets can be used to check-in. Once guests check-in they will be provided with a Tour booklet that will act as their ticket at each stop. We will not be doing wristbands for 2025. Each guest will need a booklet for admission to the tour stops. 

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, tickets can be traded, transferred or sold personally. The name on the ticket does not need to match the person checking in, however once a code is scanned by our team it cannot be used again so please make sure to purchase one ticket per person coming on the tour.

Can I purchase tickets in person?

Tickets can be purchased on April 27th (the day of the tour) for $10 (cash or credit) at Jaeger Square between 9am and 3pm. If you are planning on coming on the tour we recommend buying your ticket in advance so we can be prepared for you!

Privacy Policy

By purchasing a ticket to the Urban Living Tour, you are granting Columbus Underground permission to contact you in the future. Your email address may also be shared with the tour partners. It will not be shared or sold to anyone else.
